Fifteen-year-old JJ Gabriel is attracting growing attention at Manchester United, with the teenage prospect tipped to become the club’s youngest-ever player if he makes his senior debut.
Gabriel’s emergence has generated excitement around Old Trafford, particularly because of his impressive ball control and technical ability during training sessions.
Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick has acknowledged the youngster’s considerable potential but stressed that the club is focused on developing him carefully rather than rushing him into first-team football.
“JJ is one of the boys. He has obviously got a really big talent. He’s trained with us quite a bit and is getting experience all the time,” Carrick said.
“He is physically adapting to each step, and we’re just continuing his development.”
The left-footed teenager has reportedly impressed with his close control, composure and ability to handle the ball, qualities that have helped him stand out despite his young age.
With his development being closely monitored by the coaching staff, Gabriel is now regarded as one of the young talents generating interest within the Manchester United setup.
A senior appearance would mark a significant milestone for the teenager and potentially place his name in the club’s history books.
